How do you split a video into parts for YouTube?

How do i split a video into 2 parts without windows movie maker?

my windows movie maker doesnt work! whenever i open it up it says something about it needs to close and click send or dont send! And i need to split my video into 2 parts so i can post it on youtube or else it will be too long! so is there another way to split without windows movie maker....or sony vegas? thank you

Here is their site: http://www.stashspace.com Good Luck Also if WMM does not work make sure you have the lattest windows updates. Just a guess but it may help, especially having Windows Media Player 11.
