How long does it usually take for Sony to fix a Video Camera?

I have a Sony Webbie HD,and i accidentally dropped it.Sony said they would fix it for free because i had a warranty with Wal-Mart and it didn't go for as long as i have had it.I sent it in 3 weeks ago and i still haven't got it back,and I'm worried that it might have been misplaced during shipping or something.I'm just wondering how long does it usually take.

Didn't you get a tracking number when you shipped it? I would have gotten a tracking number and tracked it all the way to the destination. I guess that I'm weird that way.
