What Is a good video camera for youtube that is under 200$?

I used to have a flip i got it about two years ago for youtubing, turns out it is not the greatest camera lol. i was looking on amazon which is the site im looking to buy a video camera from, i chose a few like the samsung f-40 or the sony webbie mhs-cm1 im just not sure if those are good ones for high quality youtube videos, and if there is any that i missed that are better and for under 200$ thanx!

Try one of the Xacti Cameras by Sanyo - unlike the FLIP and the flip-knockoffs, these cameras have optical zooming and a ton of features. The cheaper ones will shoot in hd 720p and should be under $200 bones.
