What camera or video camera should I get?

What Video Camera to get ? Help Please?

  • So my dad is looking to get a video camera a high spec one. I'm trying to convince him to get the canon 7D does anyone have any suggestions on what add on's to get with it so it will be good at shooting video (Mic's, lens etc.) or does anyone have any suggestions on a different video camera to get that is better than this ? budget is around 2,500 euro Thanks Nathan

the 7d is good , I have one myself , if you are looking into making quality professional camera's invest in a couple of tripods a decent lens like a 55-250mm to start with , for video applications a (steadycam) glidecam (hd2000) and a h4i zoom external mic.. the list of add-ons are endless .. keep on convincing your dad - it is my personal camera of choice and I am still impressed
