What camcorder should I get?

Hi, Im 14 years old (almost 15) and I like to make videos and edit them. I use the original model of the Flip camera and i want to get a little more advanced so i can try to make different (and better) kinds of videos. So, i was wondering what camcorder to buy. my budget is between $200-$350ish dollers. And i want it to have good video and sound. I have been looking at certain camcorders but each time i find one that i think i like, i read someones bad review of it and second guess myself. I dont want to get cheated out of my money if the camcorder stinks, ya know? I use a PC and i want it to be easy to upload my videos to my computer. So which Camcorder should i get? Thanks for your help!

Im in total agreement with the first answer. I have one and it is amazing what can be done with it. Unfortunately the budget might have to be stretched.
