My GE Minicam Pro isnt working?

It wont show video.its versoin is 98756 v.2. I looked thru the highs and lows throught the internet.There isnt nothing wrong with the audio but the video will not work. I installe driver like 23 times and when i got to device manager it says device is working properly i installed without the disk though i coudnt find mine. Can someone please help????

Seems like you did everything that you need to do. Try bringing it back to where you bought it and have it checked by a technician.
