How can I get my camcorder out of safe mode?

I want to buy my boyfriend a camcorder - what can I get for under $200?

  • I want to get a modern-looking camcorder for under $200 for my boyfriend. He currently uses a camera's video mode to record videos, so I would like to get him something with a better quality than the function on a digital camera. He uses it for his music and he's in his 20's. What kind would you recommend? well, everything is digital and transportable nowadays. i remember when cameras would weigh more than a fat chihuaha. try getting him a camera recorder that's not too heavy and he can carry around. i hear those are very popular.
