How do I upload videos on my Handycam?

How do i upload videos from my sony handycam dcr-sx40 onto my computer for viewing and editing?

  • i have windows xp....i have downloaded the cd that came with the handycam on one computer(ddesktop) but all it imports is pictures...the cd doesnt seem to work on my laptop....the videos are on the memory chip.....help!!!! thnx....

Your videos can be located in the flash (Memory Stick) or in the CD. It is neccesary for you convert video to AVI format. You can try to use axara video converter. It can convert videos to any formats and for any media devices
