How do i convert ntsc miniDV to pal?

hi i had a jvc from the US (ntsc) and need to convert the DV tape that i used in it to pal as i now have a camcorder that i bought here in ireland. is there a program that i can use to convert the ntsc to pal also i dont have the USA jvc any more so would have to play it trough pal camcorder and convert trought pc. any help would be great thanks

I would Google "ntsc to pal conversion" and check out some services. Get quotes from various companies as some are for high-end professional services. You could purchase a systems converter and do it yourself. I found one on BH Photo & Video for $180, but I do not have any experience or knowledge of its performance. But it is a start. Good luck!
