How can i add video to my Flip Ultra Camera?

i recently made a movie on moviemaker and i would like to save it in my Flip Ultra Camera to show my friends. is there any way to do that, such as changing the file format or saving it to a specific folder?

Your Ultra records video in H.264 video compression and saves it as an MP4 file. That said, Windows Movie Maker can only export video in Windows Media formats or DV AVI. You might try a test clip and save it as .wmv and then copy it to the Flip and see if it will play.
