Where can I get a free manual for my Sony Handycam CCD-V5 camcorder?

  • This camcorder was bought in 1987, and has not been used in YEARS. However, we found that there is a tape stuck in the player. No matter what we do (besides breaking the casing) we cannot get the tape to eject. The batteries seem to be somewhat charging, but not opening the compartment. Is there anywhere I can take the camcorder where they will open it without killing the whole machine (if I can't find a way to open it myself?) I don't want to fork out the money to pay for a new manual when I'm not going to use the machine. Is there a free one lurking somewhere? HELP!
