What video camera is better to buy?

What video camera should i buy (under $150)?

• Hello, i am looking to buy a video camera/camcorder. One of decent quality. I want to use it for making movies, music videos, etc. but i have a budget of only $150. i have never purchased a video camera before, although i have a (broken) Canon ZR200. my problem with the Zr200 is that it suddenly had gray bars/lines going across the screen and skipping audio/video. i tried a lot of things to fix it, but it's broken. So anyway, now i'm looking to buy a new camera. i am a complete 'noob' to this stuff, btw. What is the best quality video camera i can get for $150 or less? again, i mostly want it to record music videos, movies, short films, etc.
