How can I record streaming video for free?

What can I record Streaming Video with?

I want something like an unregistered hypercam, but i tried that and it was really bad quality. Anybody have a higher quality one that is free, and safe to download?

Hello. I recommend Total Screen Recorder which is available for free at http://www.totalscreenrecorder.com You can record as an AVI or FLASH file (YouTube takes AVI). Hope this helps!
