How can i resize a video?

• I am trying to e-mail a video. its 390mb.. which is huge for a 90 sec video as is, but i dont know how to shrink it down to 20mb... anyone know some seriously crazy crazy tricks? its already AVI, so i dont know what to do... or if anyone knows of an e-mail service i can join to send a video that big, that would work as well

  OK, there's a misunderstanding here - AVI isn't a video format, it's a file format. The content depends on which COder / DECoder (codec) was used to create it. It could be anything from DV, which is huge, to DivX, which is very small. 390Mbyte for 90 sec is about right for DV avi, so there's a lot of scope for compressing it! You can download converters like Super, but your best bet is probably to edit the video with Windows Movie Maker (Windows) or iMovie (Mac) and save the video in a format suitable for email. That's one of the options in WMM.
