Whats a good but inexpensive video camera?

  • I am wanting to start looking for a video camera but i do not want to spend alot of money. i wouldnt mind spending like 200 dollars maybe even 300.. but i want it to work well.. we are expecting our first baby in april 2010 and my husband is in the marines and will be deploying about a month after she is born so i want to make sure we have a video camera that will work good so maybe ones he comes home he can catch up on the months he hs missed with her!!! so any ideas? any good brands? thank you!!!!
