How can I fix my dazzle 100 video quality?

  • recently got a Dazzle 100 and it works pretty well. The software it came with is crap but only way to get sound through is to use it. So I recorded some video clips on halo 3 and made 2 montages and put them on youtube... the quality is kinda bad and even worse when I try opening the videos on other video editing softwares. For example I use Video Pad Video Editer and I put the video on youtube. PS. I use the dazzle and 3 splitters and then a (idk cord XD) and I attach the 3 colors red, yellow, white to tv to splitters then Xbox 360 cords red, yellow, white to splitters. (For some reson I only get video if i put yellow with white and white with yellow in splitter cords)

    Jack up the bit rate in increments until you get better quality without increasing the file size too much. Start with small jumps like a few hundred then go to a thousand.
