Please help me choose a decent camcorder?

Can you help me to find a great HD camcorder please ?

i need an HD camcorder that i will use for filmmaking and i want it great in low light conditions and manual focus and auto and great video quality and it doesnt record on DV tape, i want it to record on SD card or hard, but i dont want it to be samsung, and under 850 dollars, please help me, i found a great camcorder but the big problem it uses DV tape, its Canon HV30, or Canon HV40, but it uses DV tape =(( please help me guys with finding a great HD camcorder to make films ! thanks :)
