Does a Flip Ultra Camcorder have good recording quality?

What is a good camcorder for recording good quality videos and is affordable?

I currently have a channel on youtube, and while my Mac was great for recording personal vlogs. I want to make skits with friends. I'm looking for a camcorder that costs less then $250 but still produces good quality video for online along with decent audio. Does anyone have any recommendations with those details in mind? Thanks for the help!
