I need a camera that can record things in slow motion. As in a rain drop falling and spliting open. or your lips jiggling as you do a rasberry? I need the best and i want something below $5000

Heres the best canon camera i could find,with shutterspeeds of 1/8000 you can actually see every rain drops true shape as it falls and of course the iso can go from 100/6400 so you will be able to see everything. 15 megapixels will allow you to blow up the rain drops much larger then your head. Once you get the hang of this camera you will love it!
