Best HD Camcorder for $1000?

  • This will be the first camcorder I'll be using and I'll be planning to use it for regular YouTube videos, Recording vacations and outings such as an expo. I'm looking for something feature-packed such as, the 240FPS feature (that is a must!) night mode etc. I also want it to be easy to use along with easy file transferring, I don't want to end up converting ALL my videos just so I can edit them for YouTube through my PC (or Mac at the end of the year), not to mention high battery life. Preferably a HD Camcorder with a hard drive, if not at this price, a flash is fine. Thanks for any help you provide :)
