What type of budget are we looking at? I suggest the SVP http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8VeNL_sgzs I know that video is old and I'm sure better products have come out for the price now. Standard Def. video cameras are coming down a lot in price due to the release of HD cameras. Canon make some great cameras for the price. Check cnet for reviews.
