Is Samsung SMX-C10 a good camera?

How do I download the samsung program that came with my samsung video camera?

I don't know why, but when I upload pictures from my camera, they only play the sound but don't show the video. Why could that be? I have a samsung video camera, and I'm assuming the reason is because I have a new laptop, and I didn't install the program that was on the CD that came with the camera onto my laptop. Problem is, I don't have the CD with me, so can I download the program online? If so, how? I have a Samsung SC-DC173U video camera. please help! thanks very much :)

there is some stuff you can download 1 codec http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downlo... 2 drivers http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downlo... there is some more stuff here http://www.samsung.com/us/function/searc... hope that helps RR
