How do you get the option for high quality on your youtube video?

How do you get the "high quality" option on Youtube for a video from a Flip camera?

  • I have the Flip Ultra series and I know that it's mpeg-4, 30 fps and the resolution is 640x480. Is possible for a video from it to be high quality on youtube? Anything I can do so that it is?

    you can just get a webcam and make videos and it can be in HD

There is no actual way to get the link to show up under the video as "View in High Quality" But if you are giving out your video as a URL just add &fmt=18 to the very end of the url. Hope this helped
