How can i get a Youtube Video onto Windows Movie Maker?

Keep in mind that some of the videos on youtube are copyrighted. download from youtube file is downloaded in flv format convert file to mpg, avi I had Moyea and unless you buy the upgraded version it will leave the Moyea mark on the video.
