How can i make live recordings?

How to make a camera that i can see recordings live from my computer (or other device)?

ok, i wanted to make an "RC-XD" so i took and old remote control car, and got it to work but, the rc-xd has a camera showing u were ur going, so i thought, well if i could put a camera on it and make the recordings live to something, it would work, but i wanna ask what would be the cheapest way to do that? i want to be able to ad a camera to my car that i could see live recordings on my computer (and see where it was going) so... how would i do that?

Well, if you have an iPod with a 3G plan or wifi, you can download skype on both systems and video call your iPod from your PC while the iPod is taped to the Rc car. From your computer, you can see the iPods video.
