Does anybody know how to make a graffiti marker?

Do you know of a good video camera with "event high light marking" software built in?

• While I record a game, I would like to press a button on the camera that makes a "video marker" after I see a spot that I want to make a highlight. After the game, rather than viewing a tape through its semi-boring entirety (two hours again!) .... I would then find each marker and then get each clip that I want to splice together. This would be a huge time saving feature.. Does anybody know of such camera with this kind of software on the camera and matching computer software that finds the marker that helps you do the splicing?

  I don't know of a camcorder that will do that. See if you can find an app that will record the time of a mouse click, or maybe write a macro in a spreadsheet. <edit> Sorry, I wasn't clear about how you'd use those times - you click whenever something interesting happens. That tells you the times to go to when you edit the video.
