How do I change the language in icarly.com?

How can I change the language on my camcorder?

• I own the Sony Handycam HDR SR11. It was given to me by a friend, but the LCD is in Japanese. The manual says it is possible to change the language, but I can't figure it out because I can't read the Japanese to get to where I change it (duh). Does anybody know how to change it and could give me steps to change it, or know where I could take it and the could change it, or can I use my computer somehow to change it. I need help, otherwise I have a useless 1000 dollar camera. Thanksin advance, anything is aappreciated

  My friends did that to me on my mobile took me ages. anyway if you contact tech support they will talk you through it http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/support-contacts.pl? if you look at page 17 and lable 16 just inside the screen there is a reset button press that and that will put it back to factory defaults hopefully it will not be Japanese. I know it sound cheeky but do you have Japanese resturant close, may be buy them a drink and they will do it for you. Good luck RR
