How do I fix my camcorder?

• Okay, so the other day, I was getting pictures and videos off of it onto my computer. Because the SD card was full, dragged all the stuff off of the camcorder window and put it on the trash bin. I ejected the camcorder, shut it off and turned it on again. I turned it to playback mode, and there were no files it said. I then tried to make a video, but it said the card was full. What did I mess up, and how do I fix it if possible? Thank you for your time.

  Don't know what camcorder you have, but what I would do is either format the card on your computer, or better yet see if there is an option to format it on the camera. Since you deleted everything on it anyway, you have nothing to lose.
