Best camera for editing in Windows Movie Maker?

• So I am quite young, still in high school and i love making videos and movies to put on youtube. I havn't got a job (too young for a job in England) but i do help my parents out with stuff and i get £5 an hour so quite alot and i do that about once a fortnight.
