Where To Buy A Good Capture Card...?

Okay, I need to get a good, cheap capture card (Under $100). Please Don't say Amazon, Ebay etc. I need to buy one, in a store, with cash.. My parents dont like using their credit cards... Point is, where to buy a capture card to record Xbox 360 gameplay? I saw one at wallmart but it was for Mac's and I have a PC. So does anyone know a good STORE to buy a capture card? Bestbuy, radioshack etc.?

Dazzle by Pinnacle. If you do a YouTube search, you'll find many tutorials showing posters using the Dazzle with Xbox 360. I believe Bestbuy carries them.
