How can i take a picture or video with my HP Webcam?

it's a built in webcam, and when i click on the program for it it just loads up quicktime

If you have Vista, you can launch CyberLink YouCam and record or Take a pic using it, or launch quickplay, open the second icon with the headphone/film on it.
