How to fix the ultra flip camcorder?

How can i fix this error message for my flip camcorder?

• i just got it for christmas and i tried to download the update and the software that it needed and t told me to restart my computer so i did...everytime i doubled click on the flipshare it has an error message saying "flipshare has encounterd a problem this program will close and then it has two buttons send problem or dont send...I tried unistalling and reinstalling but the message just comes up again...I am wondering is there another program that isnt a trial but is compadiable with my flip so i can edit my clips and start making my first home made video? and how can i fix this problem?

  Check out StashSpace.Com I use their software for my flip mino and it works great. Very easy to import all clips and trim out the bad stuff. Great support too. They have a free and a paid subscription level. You can do everything with the free level, but you can only share each movie for 60 days. The paid level gets you high quality video sharing and video backup. Check them out at http://www.stashspace.com they have a special add directly from flip video button that makes it really easy.
