Does the Sony dcr-hc52 camcorder have good audio?

HELP! Sony DCR-SR72 Camcorder not recognised by my computer Windows XP -so how can I install the Sony software

Hi there I have just bought a Sony Camcorder DCR-SR72 and it is filming fine. However when I tried to download it to my computer it won't let me. I follow the instructions on the Sony disc to install the Picture Motion Browser but when it gets to the bit where it wants you to connect the camcorder via USB it says it isn't connected when it is!! It won't let me get any further. Please can anyone help. If not do you know of an email address for Sony in UK to help with this. Thanks all

I too had this problem. After you have reached the stage of connecting the camcorder to the computer , open your camcorder screen and touch the computer pic on the screen and then everything will fall in place. Shame Sony has not put this vital instruction in their manual. Good Luck!
