What is a semi cheep good qualtiy video camera with nightvision?

• Im looking for a hand held video camera with good quality for shooting a video project im going to be filming. some of the shooting will be in the dark so i need one with a good night vision and sound pick up. prefferably being able to save to hardrive or a memory stick jsut not tape. ive looked online at different places and cant find one with good reviews. any suggestions? sorry if your confused im new at this
