I need help please. How do you rip audio from video?

I recently tape record a concert that I went to on my camcorder. I then transfer the video on to my computer. The type of file that the video is, is Windows Media Audio/Video file. The question is, how can I extract the audio from the video so I can then burn the audio on to a CD?
Answer:

You Will Need Something Like Virtualdub which will extract the Audio From The Video Or You Can Use Audacity Which Will Record The Audio As The Video Plays.

in the future, if all you want is the audio, just run the a/v cord to the computer sound card and capture there.

In Final Cut I export as .wave and i have just the audio track, in that way I can burn it. You don't mention the program but you can try to export as .wave.
