How to use a camcorder?

How much for an ok camcorder? and how do you use the little tapes?

  • first of all, i want to buy a camcorder..but how much should i spend? I found one i like for $180..it's a jvc..but is that too cheap for a camcorder? it's one that uses the little tapes, i just don't have the money to buy a dvd one. Also, can you put those little tapes on dvd some how? If not how do you get them to play on your tv? Thanks.

first of all u need to decide the for what purpose u want to buy a camcorder.how would u like to fit in your cancorder in your day 2 day life and then accordingly u can make a selection. all are generally good. Dont worry about getting it on a dvd from those littli tapes as you get softwares with the cancorder which will do your stuff but be sure you buy a pc compatible camcorder

Camcorder for starters like you, should get at least a miniDV camcorder (about $300) - for it got lots of really good features that you'll surely love, than a vhsc camcorder (did u know that vhsc camcorder is obsolete?) If you refer vhsc tape as little, then how do you call a miniDV tape (less than half the size of vhsc tape)? How to use the tape? load it just like any other tape OR refer to the camcorder manual on how to use the tape. And if you mean how will you be able to watch your video on tv, just plug the camcorder directly into the tv's analog input. You cant use your vhs player w/o a vhsc tape adapter! Sure! You can burn any video from any tape to a dvd. take my advice for you to enjoy. cheers!

well i think i own one of those jvc camcorders (i sais i think cuz there are 2 differ models) and those little tapes are called vhs-c and yes its a very nice cam corder go ahead and buy it u wont be sorry trust me ! and to play those tapes on vc u gotta buy a vhs play pack or its called an adapter well and u need the tapes ofcourse (panasonic 2 pack will work)make sure they are VHS-C!!! when i boght all that stuff it costed me $247 well and im happy with that camcorderPS to play tapes u need vcr
