Why do pictures not transfer when I forward?

Why can't I transfer pictures from my benq camera to my computer?

• Like the title says, I cannot transfer pictures from my camera to my computer with my USB cable. When I link my camera to my computer using my USB cable, it gives me more options and when I click on "exchange pictures and videos" it says that there aren't any pictures on my camera. But when I check on my camera I can see the pictures. What could be the problem and how can I solve it?

  There should be a disk or something that came with the camera. Most digital cameras require you to install some software (drivers) on your computer so you can pull images and video off of it. Find the disk and install the software or, if you dont have the disk, then search online on their site for the drivers. Or if your computer has a port for the Memory Card you can just put that in and you should be able to pull the things off.
