Where can I find Information About Camcorders and Webcams?

1080/60p camcorders under $300?

• Hi, as the title says, i need to know what camcorders are truly able to capture and record in 1080/60p, if also able to do 24p, would be even better, (under 300 canadian bucks) allowing the transfer using the very same format to pc, not downgrading it to interlaced video for example. Ideally supporting MPEG4-AVC/H.264 AVCHD 2.0 formats. I woundt mind if the recorded material is stored in some sort of interlaced format in the camera memory for storage purposes, as long I can retrieve, in a given moment, the full progresive sequence for later editing or production in Premiere CS5 under W7 for example. It would important to have mic and earphones inputs, manual focus, shutter and white balance (thru buttons i know), I dont care about other things like superimposed decorations, titling or smile detection. I did researched this, but its hard to find, 'cause even if u look the specs page of a determined camcorder, just sometimes u ll see detailed information about the recording format, many times there's only the 1080 or full hd logos, but this mean almost always interlaced video (1080i), I do know about formats and cameras, so no need for u to explain about it, but a few models names could be very helpful for making a choice. For instance, the Sony HDR-CX160/B claims to be able to do it, from the official page, but the price is a bit out of the range Im looking for. Thanks everyone.
