Good books to help with movie productions, which camera & facilities to buy, budget, scripting etc?

As the title suggests, I would appreciate if anyone could tell me any good books to buy whether it be from amazon or other places. I need good books about movie productions, the facilities needed for short films or regular film, sets, budgeting of certain things, production, promotion. Anything who is an expert in this field or anyone who does this as a side hobby, I would really appreciate some help please .

a lot of it sparks from photography , so your photography books are very handy , and youtube for all the idea's for booms and mics , the other way is to look at video you like on youtube , and then ask the maker how it was done , this slowly allows you to pinch there idea's and learn techniques that look good
