What's the best camcorder?

Whats the best camcorder i could get for under 400 dollars?

  • i like sony and panasonics but it doesnt need to be by them. im looking for something thats not just a easy to use mom camerca, i want to be able to work with the camceorders settings. Basicly im looking for the best semipro camcorder for under 400. Harddrive or mini dv is fine. my previous camcorder was a sony dcr vx-1000 and i loved it, i really liked the handle because im using it for filming skateboarding and it would be awesome if something existed with a handle on the top for under 400. thank you

ehh well i'm not sure on this but you can buy a Flip Video Camera. Theres the Flip Ultra, Flip Ultra HD, Flip Mino, Flip Mino HD. Basically there easy-to-use camcorders you can bring about anywhere. The mino is smaller and more pocket-sized than the ultra but i say the ultra has better quality. There about $200 for the HD version and i think $149 for the regular versions.
