How can i send a video recorded from my sony camcorder which is saved in my laptop to my friends through email

i am not able to send it through attaching it with a mail...........do u know any site through which i can do it ? i tried with yahoo photos but was unsuccesful....

Probably the best way to do it is to reduce it in size by converting it to a common format like WMF (Window Media) or MOV (Apple Quick Time) in a smaller resolution like 320x200
