Is it normal to look bad on a camera recording?

What's a good camera/camcorder?

• Okay.. So, I will soon be recording videos to put on YouTube. The videos will be of me playing piano. I'm not too worried about the audio quality because I won't be recording with the camera's microphone. But anyways. I'm looking for a camcorder that will show fantastic quality while I play piano. Like, crystal sharp quality. I want my videos to be professional looking. But I mean, I will have my camera on a tripod and I presume that it doesn't take much to make a picture/video look good if a camera is on a tripod (because it's still). Soooooooooooo, I'm looking for a good camcorder. BUT, I'm on a major bargain. I am 16, and I don't have much money. My parents aren't too fund of buying an expensive camera. If the camera is over $150 bucks, they won't even buy it. And I'm paying for some of it! Honestly I only have $69, soon to have $89. Then my mom will pay for the rest of the camera. So I need the best quality for the cheapest price!!!!! Also, I like photography, so if you can tell me a good camera that has fantastic picture quality AND video quality, then that would be awesome! I'll show you my ideas of my cameras I had in mind. 1.) JVC Everio GZ-HM30 Camcorder. 2.) Nikon Coolpix L110 or Nikon Coolpix L120 (Idk the difference). This one is a digital camera. I've seen great pictures taken with this camera, but some of the videos I've seen don't have really good quality. I've seen a still video (on tripod) and it was pretty, but I've only seen one or two. But the other videos had losts of shakiness and motion, whereas I will be using a tripod. Now, I know what you're thinking. These cameras are well over his budject price.
