How do i upload a video from my video cam to my computer?

    It depends on your camcorder. Were cables and software supplied? If not, does it have a memory card? Check your manual there is not enough information for us to answer here.

First you need the driver for your camera to be installed on your PC . You also need a USB connection to connect your camera to your computer. When this is done you can click the camera's icon and acess its photos or videos.

A digital camcorder might be able to use the USB, but it's usually better to buy a FireWire cord if both the camera and computer support this. For analog camcorders (Hi8 and VHS) you need a capture card like those from Pinnacle or Dazzel.
