Hi Betul: As fellow Y!A Contributor "Leon" mentioned, you can use a video editor program to load the video into a "timeline" and separate it from there into a sound file (.wma or .mp3). But personally, since Corel VideoStudio is a paid program, I'd recommend instead Real Networks' free RealPlayer package download that includes RealPlayer Converter. You'd just "drag & drop" your video file into the Converter window, then select Convert to: "MP3 Audio Only". It will strip-out your voice track as an .mp3 audio file which will play on just about anything. (No timelines or fancy editing menus to worry about.) See URL: http://www.real.com/realplayer/convert-video You can also select other audio output formats: WMA, WAV, AAC, etc. Just change the "Select a Device" option to Audio Only to show the non-MP3 options. This is all assuming you have a Windows PC, not a MacOS computer. RealPlayer is Windows-only. The other method would be to connect your Nikon Coolpix L120's A/V output cable (it came with your camera: Audio Video Cable EG-CP16) and just hook the audio connection to the input of your computer's sound card or a tape deck. Any simple sound recording app (Window Sound Recorder, WinAmp, or a Mac equivalent) will capture the audio from the camera's video playback. hope this helps, --Dennis C.

My NLE, Pinnacle Studio 14 HD Ultimate can do that, very easily. Go see my latest Vlogg, this gives you an idea how this NLE can lock down any line on the timeline, thus allowing you to work in any other way as far as editing goes with all the other lines, including deleting a line or two. I could put your video on my timeline, lock the audio part of that track down, delete the video part of the clip and then make an audio file If your computer can make or be better than these specifications - Minimum System Requirements Windows® 7, Windows Vista® (SP2), or Windows XP (SP3) Intel® Pentium® or AMD Athlon™ 1.8 GHz (2.4 GHz or higher recommended) -Intel Core™ 2 Duo 2.4 GHz required for AVCHD* -Intel Core™ 2 Quad 2.66 GHz or Intel Core i7 required for AVCHD* 1920 1 GB system memory recommended, 2 GB required for AVCHD* DirectX® 9 or 10 compatible graphics card with 64 MB (1 GB or higher recommended) -1 GB required for HD and AVCHD* DirectX 9 (or higher) compatible sound card 3.8 GB of disk space DVD-ROM drive to install software You could go to - http://youtu.be/9VjkL0h7rrg and download this program for free.
