Whats the best pro video camera for $320?

  • i only have $320 and i need a video camera. all i have is a stupid little webcam and I'm a youtuber who loves to edit videos and i cant go anywhere to shoot and my ideas are becoming less and less possible if i don't have a video camera to shoot other than in my house. so please help me out here.
