What is the cheapest professional video camera out there?

What is the best true 24p 16:9 Professional video camera for around £2-3,000 / $4-5,000?

I am looking for a professional video camera + sound equipment and steadicam. I cannot find any good comparison sights or decent places to buy. Are these camera's best brought new, if not, where can I get 2nd hand cameras that are the standard I want? It will be for filming day time, and sometimes indoors (but during the day) - no special lighting will be used. Thanks!
