Why is dazzle a good capture card?

Dazzle Video Capture Card?

  • Im thinking about getting a Dazzle to record clips from MW2 for a montage. I don't want to be rash and run to Best Buy and get one. I am looking at two of them right now.. If I were to get the SD (Standard Definition) capture card, will i still be able to play in HD on my tv, but record in SD on the Dazzle?
