How do i upload pics to my to my computer?

How can i upload videos from my cell phone?? plugging in the usb cable into my computer is only uploading pics?

I have a motorola Krazr, i have lots of videos of my little girl i want to burn onto a dvd, but when i plug in the usb to my computer from my cell its only uploading the pics i have on the cell, HELP!!!

If you are using Windows OS, connect the phone to your PC with the USB cord and turn it on. Ignore any pop-up menus that come up on the computer screen (close it out). Go to My Computer and look for the phone listed as a device, like maybe Krazr (F:). Then click on that and click through the folders for Media or Video to locate the media you want. From there you can drag or copy them to your hard drive.
