What is a good video camera can be used for youtube?

Could you tell me what type of camera is being used in this video?

    I'd recommend the Canon 550D. It's called the Canon Rebel T2i in the US. It has an 18 mega pixel sensor and takes great photos. It also has 1080 HD video, with a choice of frame rates. The video quality is superb, it looks great on my high definition TV. There's a new Canon 600D/Rebel T3i coming soon, with a rear screen that rotates.

I truly suspect it was a HD camcorder. I say that because all the motions are blurry, the hallmark of HD video on Consumer level camcorders. When they are in the car and he shoots outside is the dead give away. Probably about $650 DSLR shoot that video.
