Do you know of a good but cheap camcorder?

• I told my dad that I wanted a nice quality camcorder for Christmas. He started to look for one, but then, seeing the extensive amount, told me to pick one out, since he didn't want to mess up and buy a bad one. I would like the camera to be in a fair price range, like around the 200 dollar mark, give or take fifty. I would prefer that it record to a memory stick or to hard drive; the only kind I don't like is the kind that records to mini-disk. Any suggestion would be helpful. Best answer goes to the camera that I end up asking for.
